Commercial Terms and Conditions

- Payment may be made by wire transfer or cash settlement
- Progress and milestone-based payment schedules are available
- The client bears no obligation for the contractor’s payroll taxes, social contributions, or insurance payments
- The client is not required to administer payroll or statutory reporting on behalf of the contractor
- Full supporting commercial and accounting documentation is provided
- Contracts and certificates of completion are executed under the contractor’s official seal
- Invoices are issued for all services rendered
- Official payment receipts are provided upon settlement of invoices
- Remote execution of contracts and project documentation via electronic signature (e-signature / digital signature) is available
